No warranty is implied by Sun-Tech Products. All Warranties are handled through their manufacturers. At no time is Sun-Tech Products responsible for covering any warranty claims on products they sell. Feel free to call Sun-Tech Products for phone numbers or web addresses of manufacturers. We deal only with reputable companies who warrant their product in a courteous and timely manner.
Shipping
Prepaid shipping is for the continental USA only and there is a 6% surcharge for freight to the Pacific time zone. All items are shipped curbside only. We also provide inside delivery for extra charge. Please notify us.
Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. Sun-Tech Products is not responsible for these occurrences. Any shortage or damage to shipped items should be reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Any shortages and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage.
Returns
Returns only after RMA# is issued. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns after 30 days. Shipping cost is non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping. No open boxes will be accepted, returns on new, unopened boxes only.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Call us for weekly specials! Changes will be sent via e-mail if they are changed. International orders are not yet accepted.
